You can ask us to delete the personal data linked to your use of SULTANLULU GAMING at any time. Here is how it works.
Send your request
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
Tell us who you are
Include the nickname you use in the app and the email address you want us to reply to. We only ask for what we need to find your data.
We confirm and verify
We reply within 14 days to confirm the request. We may ask a simple question to check that it really comes from you.
We delete your data
We complete the deletion within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
What we delete, and what we may keep.
We delete the personal data linked to your nickname, including your profile, game progress and the messages you sent to support.
Some information may stay for a short time in backups, or longer where the law requires us to keep it, for example for security or accounting records. In those cases we keep only what is necessary.
